    Hi there,

    There's a gaming app, called FitRPG that I'm playing and would love more friends to play with. Anyone want to challenge themselves with me? https://www.fitbit.com/user/27W9FP

      Just downloaded last night - would love some friends to fill my leaderboard - username Badger. Looks like there's a couple people with the same username...I guess they don't require usernames to be unique? My pic is me doing overhead press.

      You two have any tips for leveling? How's the app working for you? Buggy?

      For anyone that doesn't know what it is: http://fit-rpg.azurewebsites.net/

      It turns your Fitbit into a game with friends - a role playing game where you can level up by walking, logging exercise and sleeping. You can buy weapons and armor and potions, battle friends, do quests... It's kind of light on content now, very basic, but they have a kickstarter to make it even better with more storyline, etc.

      It's Will Wheaton approved, so it has to be awesome. :laugh:

      I wonder why...weird. My first thought was that maybe there was a delay between sign-up and the profile showing, but I found you and you said you just downloaded. Hmm. Let me know if my username shows as something different. It syncs with my fitbit account and my username there is Loss4theWin, so maybe it shows as that...but I sign in as Badger and it shows my username (to me) as Badger. It's going to be difficult to get friends on there if I can't be found :(

      Your username shows up as blank. When I clicked on your request it said "undefined" wants to add you as a friend. Worked though but you show up in the list with no username for me.

      Hmmm, apparently there are a couple kestrels as well. My name is all lowercase, and it's the same photo as the one I have here.

      Level 3 Dwarf King? ...no picture shown, but it is lowercase kestrel. Friend Request sent either way lol Are you seriously level 3 already, or do I have the wrong kestrel?

      Your name now shows as SuperVixen2B for me. I just loaded it up and it said I was level 2. I think it says it only looks at your data for the day you joined so I guess it pulled data from that.

      So, apparently the game doesn't allow duplicate usernames, but it doesn't give you any kind of error message - it lets you do it, doesn't tell you anyone else has it, shows it to you on your profile, but shows everyone else "undefined" user when they look for you. You may want to change your username.

      So far, I love it. It's glitchy and fairly low on content, but it has huge potential and for a FREE game with no advertisements...it's pretty darn good. I think it's going to go places. I'm surprised the kickstarter didn't take off - they only made $6k of a $30k goal. I hope they try again.

      Looking forward to leveling up. I'm antsy sitting at my desk today, I want to walk and earn XP lol

      Ah, okay, I guess it's time to change my name to redwoodkestrel. :smile: Now to see if I can actually do that without having to re-do everything. I mean, I only signed up a couple hours ago, but I don't want to lose all the work I've already done! :laugh:

      Added! I'm so excited. I can't wait to get off work and go for a walk...start gaining some XP :-D Hoping to level up tonight. I just completed my first quest :drinker:
