Seriously, passive aggression and "boss speak" really gets on my nerves.

"unless you have a better idea and have tangible evidence that your method is superior, do it like this" would a much more preferable way to go about it IMO.

    Just suck it up and do things the way they're supposed to be done. There is more than likely a reason why things are done a certain way.

    I am blessed to have people under me that are smart and motivated. I give them a task and a deadline and it magically happens. They're pretty good at asking questions early and using direction as needed.
