    You can mix it with cake mix to make muffins. Spice cake mix is a good one for that.

    Or, pumpkin pie.

    heck yes, I just made this and its cooling on the counter as I type

    you can use it in smoothies too.

    I apologize for not having a recipe readily available but I must admit I have never tried these.

    If you look on Pinterest there are several recipes for calorie friendly Pumpkin Pie Smoothies and Pumpkin Pie Lattes.

    I agree with the NO comment.

    OP asked for ideas PUMPKIN PIE MIX.....not canned pumpkin. Chili and sugar (and pie spice) don't mix.
