    Thur: 45 minutes of cycling 9.23 miles averaging 12.26mph (a new personal best for average speed)
    Fri: 25 minutes of cycling 4.66 miles averaging 11.41mph and 9 minutes of walking dog .43 miles
    Sat: 32 minutes of walking 17 min/mile 1.91 miles
    Sun: 30 minutes of treadmill exercise walking on an incline alternating between 3.5 and 4.0mph
