I'm 5'0 and around 2lbs away from my goal weight of 106lbs. I'm still deciding if I should keep going to reach that weight or just start maintenance. I'm happy with the way my body is beginning to look now.0

I'm not short, I'm petite (5'4")
Really small frame, wrist under 6 inches.
I want to get as close to 107.5 which is the lowest healthy BMI for me without going under. 119 lbs now.0 -

I'm 5'3"+ but when people ask I say I'm close to 5'8". They usually look me up and down and say REALLY? And I'm like TOTALLY! I'M JUST SLOUCHING RIGHT NOW.0 -

I'm 5'4.5 right now my goal weight is 125, but I've never been that low as an adult so I'll have to see how I feel at that weight to determine whether I want to lose more or not.0

Hi I'm 5'3 my wieght now is 210 pounds
And my goal wieght is 112 pounds
Only 3 years ago I was that wieght but since I had my son I've I'm massive and for this height its terrible

I'm 5'2 and 120 right now. Trying to not to rely too much on the scale but it's a hard habit to break.
I start worrying over just a few pounds. I'd like to keep it between 118 and 120.
I've had two babies so I've had to lose 40+ pounds twice. Not Fun.

I'm 4'11" and at 125lbs. (150cm/56.7kgs) I would ideally like to get to 110 - 112lbs. Or 50/51kgs ... which is why I added the 51 to my username. Over the past 2 years I've lost 15lbs and so I know it can be done. Trained for a marathon last year and dropped my weight down to 116lbs and was happy with those results. I've just joined MFP two days ago and am hoping that it can help me to stay motivated.0

5'4'' honestly I want to loose 70 pounds. I try not to say that out loud, but I need to make it real. I was in an MVA a little over 3 years ago and it left me with a bum ankle. I weigh more now than I ever have. Disappointed I did not regulate my nutrition to account for the loss in exercise.0

I'm 5' 3" and 150lbs. Need another 20-30 to go, depends on measurements.. Can always use support from people with the same goals. I know most of you are ahead of me but I've lost 50 so far and not stopping yet!!! :drinker:0

5'2. Trying to get to a size 4-6. Not concerned with weight but healthy BMI for our height is 105-140. No, BMI isn't what matters all the time, but it's a good guideline0

Didnt' even make 5ft ... 4ft 10in here and have a long way to go... well I'm one week in and doing well so far ... just hope I can keep it up would love to get to goal weight... I have my son's wedding in November ... I HAVE to do it0

Wow! Frame size and body shape make such a difference! I'm 5'2.5 and 129 lbs. My final goal is to maintain at 115-120. My first goal is 125, and I will be thrilled to be BACK there. The second time around
It amazes me how different our bodies all are. I am similar in size to this poster, but at my highest weight (156 lbs) I was bursting out of a size 14 (really I needed a size 16, but decided to lose weight rather than buy new clothes!)

I have a similar goal..I was already at my goal weight,but put on over 20 lbs after a back injury..
I am 5'0 and 142 lbs. I'd love to get down to 120 lbs, ultimate goal weight is back to 110-lbs.0
