Everyday I'll be adding 10 to each section. I started yesterday but you can start on any day. As long as you do 5 consecutive days. Anyone who wants to join me is free to do so. You can also add me as a friend. I am always looking for motivation buddies :-)

I def want to do this with you dear and will start tomorrow. I will need to go slow on the plank b/c I'm a beginner and my upper body strength is poo, but we are working on that. I am with it!!! Let's gooooooooooooooooo!0

Start off with 20 second planks ad 10 more seconds every day until you get to the 5th day. These exercises are made to be progressive. Work with what you can do and then work on beating your personal best. :-)0
