what are some good things to improve my flexibility. like what are some good stretches? and does Yoga help alot with flexibility?

yoga really helps a lot!!!
it also has the advantage of building strength at the same time as improving flexibility.

She is so right about yoga. Also Just stretching everyday will also help and you want to hold it for 30 sec if your working to become flexible.0

I hear the best time to work on your flexibility is when your body and muscles are warm, maybe do some yoga after a cardio work out! I'm going to start doing the same thing!0
