Additional fibre in your diet will keep you full for longer periods.

    Fiber!
    Fresh fruits and vegetables.

I find fibrous foods with high water content to be the most filling.
    Apples, cucumbers, etc
  • Oatmeal with berries always get me to lunch without any munchies inbetween

It's never a bad idea to double-check your calorie goals and make sure they're set appropriately. It's possible that your body is hungry for a reason.

Look for foods higher in protein, fat, and fiber since these help you stay fuller and more satisfied longer.

Play around with meal timings. You might find that it's easier for you to save some calories for later in the day so that you can have a larger dinner or evening snack.

Drink plenty of fluids. I go for decaf tea late in the evenings if I'm just looking for something to sip on/keep my hands busy.

lots of veg, a decent amount of protein and some healthy fats. I do not get a rumble after that.
