Weird build.....

Im trying to get to 200 lbs. I was once 320 got down to 235 and then up 287 but I don't look like im 287 (Lots of lean muscle perhaps)..... started eating clean almost 3 weeks ago... at 276 now.. Looks like im leaning out, broad shoulders, although there is still a big stomach lol. But I feel like im not eating enough/plateau. Looking for tips or advice?

    all of these terms are so subjective.

    what does weird mean? what does bulky mean? what the heck is a wide frame?

    post a picture of yourself so we can have an idea of what you're talking about

    My profile pictures are current. By wide frame I mean broad shoulders.... endomorph body type. Basically, what exercises would you suggest?

    Three weeks is just not long enough. It didn't take you three weeks to get there, you need to have patience. If you want to lose weight, you need to eat at a deficit.
