Eating a balanceed breakfast

I start the day off with a good balanced breakfast which makes eating the rest of my meals not as challenging and hard to stick to. If i cheat on a meal i know what my calorie count is and then i am able to stick to it.:flowerforyou:

I like the McCanns Irish oatmeal to start the day... with a little fruit is the perfect breakfast

I heard the same thing & also follow this. Breakfast is my biggest meal, it keeps me full all day. Dinner I usually eat off a dessert plate to watch my portion so dinner basically is small. I dont like to go to bed on a full stomach.0
