T-Tapp

Anyone do TTapp and have any idea about how to count it for exercise?

    I also TTapp and came across your post about how to log. Currently I log it as Calisthenics, and break it up between light/moderate and vigorous times. For example, today I did the 15 minute Basic+ DVD which I counted as 15 minutes of light/moderate cardio. Then I did Hit the Floor which I counted as 24 minutes of Calisthenics / vigorous effort.
