Any tips for the Dr. Oz's Two-Week Rapid Weight-Loss Diet

Yeah, stop trying to take silly shortcuts invented by people who prey on those looking for shortcuts, regardless of the fact that shortcuts generally result in a quick loss, and an equally quick regain of the weight lost (usually all water),+ some.0

You do realize that Dr. Oz is all over the news right now for promoting products that promise weight loss, that don't work? One company is now getting sued and fined for 30 million dollars.
Weight loss is simple math. Calories in versus calories out. No magic pills or potions, just common sense.
Eat less, move more.0 -
Yup, my tip is - don't do it. The guy is a charletan who makes his incredibly lucrative living by preying on people's vulnerability.

I had to look up what this is, but after looking at the site quickly I'd say that any diet that has a "detox" component is probably not a good one. Your body can detox itself without you doing some fancy "detox" diet. You don't need to consume a "detox vegetable broth". Also you don't need to eliminate food groups from your diet unless you have medical problems...0 -
for starters, anyone can lose WEIGHT quick. I don't know about you but I'm more interesting in losing fat.
For experienced dieters, Lyle McDonald's rapid FAT loss diet is actually a decent option. Not easy and not suitable unless there is a pressing deadline e.g. photo shoot, weigh in for competition, very overweight and possible death etc.0
