Plateau ???

Ok MFP universe .. I am eating at a deficit most of the week .. I am hitting the gym 3 times a week .. I even cycled 40 miles out to Wales a couple of weeks ago ... and I have remained the same weight for the last 3 weeks ...... where am I going wrong ?? :(

    Probably water retention due to increased exercise, BUT, are you weighing and measuring? You say at a deficit most of the time. What does that mean?

    A three week timeframe is fine due to normal body fluctuations. I still suggest you watch that "I am eating at a deficit most of the week". If your ticker is correct and you only have 19 lbs. left to lose, you could be blowing your deficiency if your weekly weight loss goal is 0.5 lb. per week. You could have high and low calorie days just don’t go over the weekly amount.

    thanks ... I am told I might not be eating enough by someone .. bizarre !
