I see where people post multiply threads of there progress.
    How do you do that?
    Do you copy and paste?
Do you have to find your previous post to update or is it located somewhere?

I don't know if this is the best way to do it, but I just find my previous post and use the Quote option. Then I remove the quote and /quote (in square brackets) from the new post and add my update.

If you did want to copy and paste, there's a link to all your recent forum posts at the bottom left of your profile page. Not sure that works if you have a specialised progress ticker incorporated in your posts though, like the ones used in the running target groups.

    Awesome!

What about overriding the size of an img using height and width specifiers?

Also... Is it possible to change font colours?

I believe the site uses a subset of BBCode. There's good references for it all over the web.

    http://www.moreonfew.com/what-is-a-bulletin-board-code-or-bbcode/

    Strikethrough Test
    Centered

    Testsuperscript

As you can see, all the BBCodes are not implemented by the software package they use for these boards, though.
