Hello! I have severe depression and haven't been able to bring myself to do much more than binge on cookies and bread once everyone is sleeping or away. None of my jeans fit comfortably anymore. These binges have skyrocketed my weight up about 10 lbs in the past 2 months. Maybe keeping track will help me stop?? I just want to fit my clothes again!!0

Hey, it's okay to restart. Restarting is better than not starting at all. No matter what, everyday is a new chance to get it right. We all have those moments when we fall off the wagon. Just pick up the pace and run like hell to get back on the wagon!

I'm a serial repeater, it seems like. My 3rd try I made it within 10 lbs of my goal - but injuries and stress levels always seem to kick me out of the right mindset I'm back for try 6, though hahha0
