So iv started walking to work
and starting to day i want to get back to doing
50 crunchs
50squats
50 bicycle crunches
1min high plank
45s low plank
who else is in? its barely a workout but is a good habit to be sure your doing something daily

    Without a doubt putting something like that into your permanent routine will do you well. I have no choice but to ride my bike to work every day. If you can somehow make that your case for at least walking to work you have an automatic advantage.
