Is that the calories for all four servings or just one?0

To be an Elvis snack I think you would have to add bacon. :0

Is that the calories for all four servings or just one?
95 for 1tbsp PB
130 for most whole wheat tortillas
50 for 1/2 banana
70 for Tbsp chocolate chips
If you wanna reduce the calories, use the 98% fat free/low carb tortillas that are pricier and somewhat smaller - but 50 fewer calories.
Also I tend to skip the chocolate chips and either add a TEASPOON of honey (20 calories) (60 cals for a TBSP) or I go with a dash of plain hershey's cocoa (it's practically calorieless and the bananas make it sweet enough.)
I also sometimes make this with rice cakes as a sweet crunchy sandwich - 2 rice cakes = 70 calories0 -

Also - Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat pitas are 60 calories and 2 g protein and just as tasty as tortillas0 -
Add sunflower seeds or other nuts for a crunch without the chocolate-- use whole wheat lavash wraps for extra fiber or almond butter for a different taste. Yummy-- thanks for the reminder of one of my favorite snacks!0
