Ashley Conrad Clutch Cut

Hey everyone, I am back to it after a 2 month gym "break", certainly not by choice, but my work moved me far far away for the summer. Anyways, I am back and want to get serious about lifting. I started lifting last summer with a personal trainer and had good results. I tried really hard, to keep with it after the trainer, and i went, but i started getting board etc and workouts slipped.

I got on bodybuilding.com and found a couple. Decided to try out Ashely's 21 day clutch cut to help re-focus and re-gain the habit.

Has anyone else tried this, any what did you think of it? I started monday, so still on week one!

I have this program and was thinking about doing it for the 3 weeks before I go to Aruba in November.

That said, I do not think this is a serious lifting program, but more of a short-term fat loss program.

You might want to look at the Jamie Eason Livefit Trainer, I really liked it, also free on bb.com

Yeah after a week I started to get the same feeling. It was a little overwhelming actually, not so much the individual exercises, just overall. The gym I go to also is set up a little strange, I was spending more time running back and forth, than I felt actually working out.

I am doing Kris Gethin 12-week daily trainer. Today was SO good. I felt like I got a good workout, wasn't stressed, and was well prepared.

I will look into Livefit Trainer. I have heard of that one too, I could start that one in December, after I finish Kris's! Thanks for the tip :)
