    The biggest motivation is that you're almost there! Your goal says you have 11 lbs left to lose. That's a couple of weeks away and all you have to do is diligently report what you are eating and make wise choices. The finish line & smooth sailing is within reach - grab it!

    Thanks for posting, you look great. Are you following a specific eating and excersize plan?.

    I'm not following anything too specific. I did the Advocare 24 Day Challenge back in June, and that helped to show me what I SHOULD be eating. I make sure to have a protein, complex carb, and fruit for breakfast (as least I try...lol), and I have a protein, veggie and someitmes a complex carb for lunch. I limit my sugar, and that's about it :)
