Yeah, I'd go back at your doctor about that. If they say they don't know, go find another one. Good luck.

I feel the same exact way. I've been tested too and everything comes back normal. I read somewhere that it can be due to low vitamin d. I also tried sleeping pills because it takes too long for me to fall asleep. Sorry I'm no help.

I don't necessarily feel like crap I just feel drained and exhausted. I'd rather sleep on a Friday night than go out. It's sad.

You don't log consistently, but it could be, you aren't meeting your macronutrients. If your doctor okayed you and you feel you're eating a proper diet, then find a new doctor!

I had a similar issue, it turned out be a Vitamin D deficiency. You get Vit D from the sun, it's not in many foods (although some dairy products are fortified with it) so my doctor advised me to take some supplements. They made a huge difference.

The other thing is, are you eating enough? If I don't eat enough I feel exhausted, like my whole body is shutting down, especially if I've worked out that day. I've only recently realised how important diet is... to everything!

I was gonna say the same thing... It is hard to tell from your diary, but MAYBE you just aren't eating enough? I don't know how tall you are or how active, so I don't know what your TDEE is. But if everything came back normal, your body may just not getting all the nutrients it needs... Just a shot in the dark, because obviously I am no doctor. And I agree with the other poster...you ight need to find a new doctor, because something is up. How much sleep do you get on average?

Ask for your thyroid levels to be checked. TSH, T4, T3. Check for Vitamin D deficiency, also.

we just moved to WA and my whole family has been diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency. if you live somewhere with little sun or even dont go outside alot that would be my guess.

I had symptoms like that and my doctor found my thyroid was messed up.

Brainfog, waking up fatigued, sleeping like crap etc.

I'd ask your doctor to take a blood screening.

How many calories are you trying to take in? Are you eating enough? It could be a number of reasons. Maybe get a second opinion from a different doctor?

Hm, what exactly is "everything"? Have they checked your levels on iron, Vit D, potassium? Tested for thyroid problems or diabetes?

Are you trying to make up for it by having a lot of caffeine or sugar/carbs? Sometimes that can backfire as you may feel energized initially but then crash.

Are you sleeping well? Eating a balanced diet? Exercising (if so, how much - maybe too much)?

Did you feel this way before you started trying to lose weight?

Is it all of a sudden? After complaining about that to my dr for years, he finally told me that some people are "just like that".
