Just NOT losing pounds!

I have been faithfully logging for almost 6 weeks and exercising for at least an hour several times a week, and I've not lost a single pound. I am so frustrated. Has anyone else had this problem? I aim for 1200-1300 calories per day and eat back half my exercise calories. I feel like I'm doing things right, but I'm just not dropping the pounds.

Have you had your hormone levels checked?
I recommend "The Hormone Cure" by Dr. Sara Gotfried. I did an at home hormone check and was able to work with my acupuncturist to address the imbalances. Hope that helps.0 -

Losing fat weight but gaining water? (Too much sodium and not enough potassium?)0 -
