same here ... I'm 46 now, but I'm better than I've been in years. In many, many ways. Including physically.

Same here. I've one things in the last two years that I wouldn't have dared when I was heavier.

<--- Including the mountain I just climbed this summer.

I started weightloss when I was 44, got to goal at 45 and am still here at 46. Since my late teens I was overweight, and now weigh less than I did when I was 18. Sometimes I wish I had started sooner, but most of the time I realise that I did it at the right time as my life would have been different as I would have done other things if I was weight concious back then. So, the excess weight helped make me who I am and I just view this thin me as the next phase.

Just turned 60 and still play on 2 league indoor soccer teams. Going to play until they carry me off the field.

42 and feeling amazing. I started at 40, but it doesn't matter when you start...just that you do start and keep going.
