5'4" My highest was 241, lowest 163, current 177. My goal is 160...I hit 163 and went through some issues, fell off the wagon and back up to 177.0

I'm 5' 4".
Lowest weight: 120, right after I graduated high school.
Highest weight: 160+, late 2012. The highest number on the scale was 167 but I was also wearing heavy clothes that day (it was a digital scale at a relative's house). My official weigh in for January 1st (the day I cut out soda) was 160 lbs.
Current weight: ~133, and I still have some weight to lose. My first goal is 132 but that is just so I am no longer considered overweight for my height and build. My next goal will be 125 and then I think my final goal will be somewhere around 20% body fat (no particular number in mind).0 -

Lowest was 145 in HS as a wrestler. That won't happen again.
Spent 20's going from 165 to 185.
So I would say lowest ADULT weight 165.
Highest 241.
Current 185 (welcome back to the 20's) that was nearly 35 years ago. Was 222 in March this year.
Still need to lose 18 to reach NORMAL BMI back at 167.

5'8" age 43.
My highest (that I know of for sure) was 264 when I joined MFP in October of last year, however, I had stopped weighing for a long time so I am estimating the true number was probably something like 270-280.(age 42)
Lowest adult weight would be right now I think...about 214.
Goal is my high school weight of 150...or slightly more (up to 170) depending on how my body is "composed" at that point (I'll take 170 and muscles over 150 and scrawny :laugh: )0 -
I'm 5'4" and 135lbs currently, which is my lowest weight (I actually weighed that my freshmen year of high school!) and I topped out at 165-170 I think.0

6'0", my highest was January this year when I was 305lbs, lowest was about 20 years ago when I was 160lbs, I reached my goal weight of 196lbs last Sunday0

I am 5'4" and my highest weight was 220 lbs. My lowest was around 120 lbs.. My current is 204 lb. I think my goal would be @ 135.0

The lowest weight I can remember was 155 when I was 18. Highest known weight was 207 AFTER I had been losing weight and eating better so who knows what my actual low weight was. Currently 185. (I'm 5'3")0

5'6" at my lowest I was 100 lbs... Not on purpose and not a pretty sight. Believe it or not, becoming vegetarian is what helped me gain weight. Eventually got to 120 lbs, which I consider my ideal weight. Then, due to the aftermath of a severe vitamin D deficiency I got to 140. Right now 118.5.0

5'5", lowest adult weight 130 ish. Highest adult weight: 235. Current weight fluctuates weekly between 168-175. 129 pounds lean mass. :happy: Goal weight is 165 for a weight class reason in lifting, although I'm not actively pursuing it right now.0

5'3" Highest I've ever seen on the scale was 165, Lowest I remember at this height was 114, but that was sophomore year of HS so I'm not sure if I still had an inch to grow. And that was after losing 6 pounds from being sick. So let's say 165 and 120.0

5'7". Highest 134, lowest 109 (not by choice, weeks after emergency intestinal surgery). CW 129, I'm pretty happy if I stay under 130.0
