New to MFP! Hello!

Hello all! I just joined the site last Tuesday when I started trying to lose weight. Since coming back from Afghanistan, I packed on some pounds in a very short period of time. I found this App on my iPhone and started logging everything. I excercised 6 times in a 7 day period, cut all sodas and nighttime fat snacks and began eating a lot healthier. I weighed myself for the first time since my first weigh-in today and lost 5 lbs my first week! Just hope I can stay motivated and loose another 20 lbs! Just wanted to say hi and thankful I found MFP to help me. Don't have a huge support group so friend me please!
