  • Weight today is 167.5
    Intermediate goal (3/1/2011) = 155

    12.5 lbs./35 days = .36 lbs/day = <1,250> calories/day
    (lose ~2.5 lbs/wk)

    At current height/weight/activity it takes me ~2,200 calories to maintain
    my present weight.
    Eat between 1300 - 1500 calories to lose weight
    Exercise between 300 - 700 calories per day

    This is do-able. Next weekly-weigh-in goal is 165
