Company for the ride? fitbit too?

I NEED to lose 50lbs asap.. any help is appreciated.

Any tips and what to eat and not eat and routine exercises for someone starting as a beginner?

I was naturally very active and fit all my life and maybe took it for granted , then I got back problems through wear and tear a few years ago and was grounded for a long while.. I gained weight which made things worse, I have lost weight already but its time i started to exercise.. I have a gym in my house but I don't know were to start as a beginner .

I need to build up my fitness levels from scratch and lose at least 50lbs if anyone would like to help me or add me I will be logging daily and I like the company/chat as I have no support at home, so I will support you too as much as I can.
