Carbs

Hello :D I am trying to do only like 50 grams of carbs a day (Carbs make 40-80% of my diet, not good.) I have no problem with dinner, or snacks, but lunch and breakfast are my trouble, I am allergic to nuts, and peanuts, and I do not like eggs.

    If you like smoothies, I've found that they can be an AWESOME way to begin your day with breakfast. I really like green smoothies too, because you can get your greens in super early.. and you can't even taste them!

    I make Greek Yogurt pancakes sometimes for breakfast as well. There's some flour in there, however I often substitute half the flour (wholewheat) with LSA (linseeds, sunflower seeds and almond meal) or just ground flaxseeds, to reduce the amount of flour.

    You could also try what's called a Chia Pudding. They're really tasty and quite a popular option for breakfast. You can make them in all different flavours; check them out on Pinterest or search it up on Google. :)
