Nutritional VS. Brewers Yeast?

So I've always been pretty bad about eating enough protein. I did get protein meal replacement shakes for those low protein days, but I'd rather find new foods to cook and eat if possible. I've been finding a lot of recipes that include nutritional and brewers yeast. What's the difference exactly?? Which would be... I guess, more versatile... for a lack of better words? I don't want to buy one and then find out I should have gotten the other.
ALSO: I'd love recipes and ideas if you have them!!! Thanks!

A quick google search produced this:

They are usually used in vegan cuisine as they both contain no animal protein.
For some recipes involving said yeasts, google again:

Brewer's yeast can actually be used for brewing and isn't something I would eat. Nutritional yeast is a flat, yellow powder that tastes kind of cheesy. It's fortified with B-vitamins and stuff and it's actually meant to be eaten straight. It's also lovingly called "nooch". As a vegan, I ate it a lot. I would stir-fry tofu in it or add it to tofu scrambles or add it to popcorn. I like it. I have some in my cabinet right now, even though I'm not as vegan (lol). Just google "nutritional yeast vegan" and you'll find a lot of uses for it.0
