    Mon: 109 mins walking to and from work
    Tue: 88 mins walking to and from work
    Wed: 111 mins walking to and from work
    Thur: 140 mins walking to and from work then swimming pool and back. 30 mins swimming
    Fri: 111 mins walking to and from work
    Sat: 52 mins to/from town, 68 mins walking back from work(got bus to work) 23 mins walking home from friends
    Sun: rest day

    Total / min left: 0 / 180


    Week # 2 – September 1st -- Goal 180 minutes:

    Mon: 78 mins walking to and from work
    Tue: 74 mins walking to and from work
    Wed: 86 mins walking to and from work
    Thur: 79 mins walking to work then swimming pool and back. 35 mins swimming
    Fri: 90 mins walking to and from work
    Sat: 29 mins to/from town, 70 mins walking back from work(got bus to work)
    Sun: 125 mins casual beach walk

    Would just like to add that most of this is because I don't drive, I have to walk to work most days. Can't afford the bus, but hey it still counts right!
