I like so many have struggled with my weight I am 221 pounds on a good day 223 on average day, I have tried so many times and always get side tracked and give up. I am hoping to get alot of encouragement and get to share goals and victories with others I want to get down to 150, wow that would be so nice. I am worried about excessive skin with weight loss. I have heard so many bad things, any words of advice would be greatly welcomed

You can do it. Just stay focused. The first days are the hardest and then it gets easier.0

Welcome! I agree with liberty26. The beginning is always the hardest. Something that has helped me is to be kind to myself and work on saying nice things to myself even when I feel defeated or like I "failed".0
