Just joined need lots of help!!!

I like so many have struggled with my weight I am 221 pounds on a good day 223 on average day, I have tried so many times and always get side tracked and give up. I am hoping to get alot of encouragement and get to share goals and victories with others I want to get down to 150, wow that would be so nice. I am worried about excessive skin with weight loss. I have heard so many bad things, any words of advice would be greatly welcomed

  • You can do it. Just stay focused. The first days are the hardest and then it gets easier.

    Welcome! I agree with liberty26. The beginning is always the hardest. Something that has helped me is to be kind to myself and work on saying nice things to myself even when I feel defeated or like I "failed".
