The Next Step

For 75 days I've maintained a 0.44 lb per day loss, which is 3.08lbs per week; slightly above my 2lbs per week goal.

I'm 9lbs away from being at my smallest in 7 years. I'm wondering if it's time to "shock" my body with a food and training program alteration. I want to start adding muscle now. Any suggestions?
