For 75 days I've maintained a 0.44 lb per day loss, which is 3.08lbs per week; slightly above my 2lbs per week goal.
I'm 9lbs away from being at my smallest in 7 years. I'm wondering if it's time to "shock" my body with a food and training program alteration. I want to start adding muscle now. Any suggestions?

Holy crap. Great work on losing weight. Have you been lifting at all? If not, a lot of that 33 lbs lost is likely muscle mass which is terribly difficult to get back. So start strength training.0

I've been lifting a ton. I can see a lot more definition now in my shoulders, arms and legs. My gut is near gone, too.
