Hi everyone!
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for workout dvd (interested in modern ones with good soundtracks) that I could do in my bedroom.
I have a very hyper doggy who loves to jump all over me if I try to do any exercise downstairs but the floorboards in my bedroom won't stand jumping jacks and high impact exercise I fear!
Ive seen Roxys Yoga Conditioning Total Body Workout - has anyone tried this?
Thanks

Porn, then practice what you learn with your partner? JK
There should not be a difference for the video you would do and a man would do. there is no reason for women to workout differently then a man.0 -

Hi Amber,
I really like Jillian Michaels. Ripped in 30 is one of my favs, more "modern" (runs about 20 mins) -- however her Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism is really good too, its about 45 mins.
Check em out!
Best of Luck,

I don't have any DVD suggestions (they pretty much all involve some of this), but if your bedroom floorboards are that weak, you have a serious structural problem with your home and that seems kind of dangerous.0 -

Jillian Michaels IS a great option - she also has a version of yoga that incorporates more movement, and her Killer Buns and Thighs, 6-Week 6-Pack, and No More Trouble Zones DVDs are also winners in my book.0

Why not put your dog in the bedroom while you workout in the space better suited for working out? I would assume you are trying to get away from the dog and would be closing the door to the bedroom anyway.
Then you can do whatever workout you want.
ETA: Or you can get a small crate to lock the dog in while you workout.

The 10 Minute Solution DVDs are really cheap from Amazon, and many are low-inpact and don't need a lot of space. You can combine them up into workouts up to 50 minutes.0

How about close the dog in the bedroom for the 30 minutes you're doing the DVD downstairs?0
