    <Gushing> Thanks everyone!

To answer the last few questions...

    1. Maintenance seems scary...BUT just like the program, you need to trust MFP's calorie guidelines for maintenance. There was an immediate spike for me, but it's leveling back down and I'm eating MORE food. ;) Like WW'ers, when at goal, give yourself a 5 lb +/- variance as life happens. When you hit 5 above goal, scale back a bit on calories to keep yourself inline. It's a life process now.

    2. I started at the top at 277 pounds. 78 pounds gone.

    3. Yep....I look younger..but better yet, I FEEL younger. Just bought my second season pass to Six Flags.....at 45! :)

Re: People scared of maintenance. I lost 85 pounds a few years ago, and I've put on about 10 from medications, but that's only been recently. It isn't as scary as it seems. Just be vigilant and everything will fall into place :)

Edit: And by a few years, I mean about five.
