My hope is to encourage y'all along the journey. So Many Times...I wanted to give up, but my current self is thanking my former self for sticking with it. I couldn't have done it without him. LOL!
I feel better, others say I look better, and my closet has a whole new wardrobe in it. I'm not a vain guy, it's just my 50 size pants and XXXL shirts don't fit anymore so I HAD to get new ones. A good opportunity to have to get new clothes. Yeah!0 -

9 more pounds for me before I reach goal weight.
Maintenance has me scared though... I don't ever want to gain it back.0 -
You look awesome loving the black and keep up the great work in maintenance!0

Brilliant work mate, well done. I have to lose about the same.
can I ask what your starting weight was?0 -
<Gushing> Thanks everyone!
To answer the last few questions...
1. Maintenance seems scary...BUT just like the program, you need to trust MFP's calorie guidelines for maintenance. There was an immediate spike for me, but it's leveling back down and I'm eating MORE food. Like WW'ers, when at goal, give yourself a 5 lb +/- variance as life happens. When you hit 5 above goal, scale back a bit on calories to keep yourself inline. It's a life process now.
2. I started at the top at 277 pounds. 78 pounds gone.
3. Yep....I look younger..but better yet, I FEEL younger. Just bought my second season pass to Six Flags.....at 45!0 -
So awesome congrats to you!!0

Re: People scared of maintenance. I lost 85 pounds a few years ago, and I've put on about 10 from medications, but that's only been recently. It isn't as scary as it seems. Just be vigilant and everything will fall into place
Edit: And by a few years, I mean about five.0 -
Wicked job man, lookin' good!0
