We went out for Italian tonight. I had spaghetti aioli (spaghetti tossed with olive oil and LOTS of garlic & I added parm cheese and red pepper flakes). So good. Lots leftover.

Earlier today I had this spinach/parm cheese breakfast bagel sandwich with egg, cheese and sausage.

    DEFINITELY eating light tomorrow!

Yumm could I get a recipe for the brownies??

Yes I'd love the brownie recipe too, brownies are a weakness of mine!

Of course! They were so easy to make and I think they're gluten free too if you get the right oats!

The original recipe is from here (I tweaked a few ingredients slightly): http://www.thelondoner.me/2013/04/100-cal-chocofudge-brownies.html

My recipe Ingredients in the recipe builder (porridge oats = rolled oats + I used 1tsp baking powder):

    f75ba4a1-a67a-4d51-9993-31784243f1dd_zpscf899222.jpg

    Method:
    - preheat oven to 200°C/400°F
    - grease dish with oil (I used a square dish, 22x22cm / 8.6x8.6in)
    - put all ingredients except nuts (and oil) into blender and blend until smooth
    - break up nuts into little pieces, mix half into batter and pour into dish, sprinkle other half on top
    - Cook for about 20minutes, leave to cool and cut into 9 squares

I love spaghetti aglio e olio! We ate that all the time when we were in Italy this summer.

Pork Tenderloin in the Crock Pot (not my preferred way of cooking but we are in between bbq grills now and I had one that needed to be cooked). Mashed Potatoes and Lemon Garlic Green Beans.

It's one of my favorites. I'll bet it was out of this world good in Italy!

@Essjay76, I don't think mine looked as pretty as yours but....

Shrimp Scampi over Linguini, a Barefoot Contessa recipe. Also garlic toast and a glass of white wine.

Yes. Yes, it does. And that looks like just the ticket to start it off.

Pesto tortellini. I made the pesto but not the pasta... maybe some day. And prickly pear cupcakes with prickly pear caramel.

Brunch for my son's birthday, 'Asian' Omelette (which was more like scrambled eggs) with mushrooms inside, soy and ginger sauce with pistachio nuts on top. Really good.

I made a pot of black eyes for the coming week, so I heated up some of those with some chopped turkey, cheese, mushrooms, carrots, raisins and pepita seeds. Sides of red bell pepper and cucumber.
