    I work out on my wii fit every day and they have you weigh in every day. It can be hard to see sometimes because some days I will gain a pound or 2 and it is discouraging. I just go to my graph where it shows my total weight loss and my spirits pick back up by seeing the consistant downward slope.

    Thank you SOOOOOOOO much for posting this. I always get upset and depressed when the scale goes up after working out and eating right each day. Now I will remember that I'd have to eat an extra 3,500 calories to gain a pound.
