It doesn't bother me to share my weight now because I know I'm doing something about it. But before I didn't even want to know my own weight myself lol.

My starting weight was 279, I'm currently 199. Looking to lose another 59 or 60 lbs of so, will see when I get there :)

Sure, I weigh 184.9 as of this morning. (Yes, I know that's 185, but I saw 184 on the scale this morning for the first time in a really long time... and I like that.)

Goal weight is anywhere from 135-145. We'll see how I feel when I get there.

178.6 this morning. But I dropped a fantastic deuce at about 10:30am, so I'm probably under 178 now.

I hit my highest weight the day before starting MFP. I was 13 stone or 182 lbs and on a downward spiral of eating too much and moving too little. At the time I was mortified - I was so ashamed at the way I had treated my body and 'let myself go'. I've only told a few people (in real life) how much I weighed but to be honest I don't think it's really anyone's business

This time I don't mind at all, I even made a Facebook page where I post a picture of my scale every week. Previously, though, I would keep it to myself (mostly).

    Jan 13 - 507.0 lbs
    Sept 15 - 363.6 lbs

Down 143.4 lbs over the last 35 weeks @ 4.1 lbs lost per week.

    Look me up at facebook.com/mr500weightloss

On the internet I have no issue sharing. Face to face I find it hard. I have no qualms telling my best friend or my grandmother. I hate telling my boyfriend. He's 6' tall and weighs 4lbs more than me. It's very discouraging sometimes.

    HW: 195lbs after giving birth.
    CW: 148lbs
GW: 120-135 wherever I feel most comfortable.

For the record I am 5'5" tall :)

I'm 170 lbs now. I used to weigh 210+ lbs. I never share my weight with anyone else except my partner. I don't want to share since I don't want to be pressured. I nag myself enough.

Anyway, I never get asked about my weight, people usually just ask how much weight I lost.

I'm fine with sharing my weight. The only problem is I'm getting to be lighter than some of my nieces and nephews who feel really bad about their weight. and sharing mine makes them feel bad. I'm 5' 4 1/2 " and 140 -145 pounds

I don't like tell people in my personal life how much I weigh now as I just started.. Once I drop 60+ lbs (since at this point I am pretty sure Ill have no problem sticking to it) Ill have no problem saying what I was at at my heaviest.

I was 189lb when I started, I'm now 159lb and my goal is 120 -130lbs. I never would have admitted that when I started but now I'm learning to be proud of what I've lost.

How much I weigh did come up in conversation again this weekend. I did end up telling my husband my actual weight. It wasn't liberating. It didn't make me feel like a huge weight had been lifted after keeping a secret for soooo long. But I firmly believe that not keeping it secret from the one who is closest to me, will keep me accountable to myself. I can no longer hide, and pretend. My number will be common knowledge to him. He will help me. I have a huge goal for my next weigh in...I hope to make it!

My goal weight has varied and continues to vary over time, depending on my short- and long-term goals.

I have no issues with telling people how much I weigh or what my goals are. I do not think it holds me more accountable though - I feel that I am accountable just to myself.

Starting weight (on MFP) was 185lb, lowest weight was 146lb, current weight (as of this morning and my current avi) 160lb. Current goal weight - somewhere in the low 150's.
