Low-Cal Alfredo Sauce

I made this for my lunches this week and just had to share since it's so tasty! It really does taste like the real thing.

Low-Cal Alfredo Sauce

1 cup milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a skillet and cook over medium heat until heated through and smooth, stirring occasionally.

Fat: 7g
Protein: 12g
