My name is Ja'Stevia sallet, I'm New 2! I would like to know some of the diets, snacks exercise regimes that you guys are trying. I am always looking for ways to spice it up. I am a 21yr old senior at the University of Florida... I know ppl are thinking "She doesn't need to loose weight", but i'm trying to focus on what makes me happy and healthy. After all my major is Health Education & Behavior. (Piled on the Freshmen 15)

Hey! There is nothing wrong with wanting to improve yourself.
I am not really dieting, just getting into new habits with portion control. As for snacks, veggies or fruit are a must. And airpoped popcorn on my work out days. :happy:0 -
