Egg whites, lean meats (mainly chicken but also whatever else we cook for the week), protein powder0

Eggs here too... also cottage cheese/quark, quorn, tofu - I'm vegetarian. I get through quite a lot of beans too - all types, not just the baked ones, although baked beans on toast with marmite is my comfort food.0

I make a delicious Chipotle Bacon Chicken and Egg Salad using Greek yogurt instead of mayo. It makes me happy.0 -

Eggs, chicken, lean pork , Turkey (products) :drinker: I try to stay off the red meat as It gives me to much iron and apparently I have to much already in my system :laugh:0

I make a delicious Chipotle Bacon Chicken and Egg Salad using Greek yogurt instead of mayo. It makes me happy.

Tuna, turkey, eggs, beans (chickpeas, edamame, black & white, lima). I love cheese way too much and really have to watch my intake because I could easily eat half a block of cheddar all by myself... and with most kinds of nuts it's the same thing. I can't afford to start snowing myself with "good girl, it's protein, keep eating!"0

protein shakes/smoothie, ground turkey, salmon, eggs, and occasional sardines (they pack 17grams).0
