Bump for later, because it sounds easy and delicious, but the calorie count is pretty off for anyone who cares (OP says 20 calories/serving which seemed impossible to me).
Here is what the MFP recipe builder spit out (I put in Kraft Fat Free Cream Cheese 8 oz and a 7 oz container of 2% Fage Greek):
Calories 65
Total Fat 1 g
Total Carbohydrate 7 g
Dietary Fiber 0 g
Sugars 6 g
Protein 5 g0 -
Oh yum! I think I'd also try adding some protein powder for some added protein punch. POW! Booya!0
