Hi, im doing Hannah Waterman dvd, its in 4 20mins sections, its a mixture of cardio, boxercise, toning and an abbs workout, should i just put this under general aerobics??

    I'd probably list the 4 sections as separate exercises. You may find if you list the whole thing as aerobics it will considerably overestimate the amount of calories you've actually burned. While the cardio and boxercise sections will burn a relatively high amount of calories, the toning and abs workout possibly won't. Have a look at the exercise database and see if you can list each section individually.
