HIIT - experience? success? feedback?

Hey guys

So I have several turbo fire HIIT workouts - 15 minute, 20, 25, and 30 minute ones

yes they're difficult and all

but they're short
and you dont sweat anywhere near a normal 30-45 min cardio session

has anybody been doing HIITs for a bit? seen results??

I feel like if I try HIITs for a while, I won't be satisfied/seeing results for some reason lol

What is it it, exactly, that you're trying to accomplish?

Real HIIT training is mostly resting - it does force some lovely physiological changes, but it doesn't burn diddly in terms of raw calories.
  • I'm still looking to lose 10 lbs of fat

so should I stay away from HIIT for now?

If losing 10lbs of fat is your only goal, you don't need HIIT. It certainly won't hurt anything, though, so do it if you like it! :drinker:
