Funny the way taste buds work, I hated all-natural peanut butter when I first started my health transformation, but I made myself eat it. My husband did the grocery shopping not too long ago and bought "regular" peanut butter. It's awful. I much prefer the no-sugar added kind now
Anyone else find things that you thought you'd really miss, but when you had a taste, you found you really didn't like it anymore?

Chocolate bars! I treated myself to one a little while into my new health regime, and after a couple of bites, it just tasted of nothing for me, and I had to throw it away because I wasn't enjoying it at all0

I finally quit putting brown sugar on my oatmeal. Now I use wheat germ, chopped walnuts and ground cinnamon. When I get a new grinder I am going to add flax seeds too.0
