More friends on low-ish carb diet ?

Looking to add more peeps with a semi restricted carb diet (less than 100 grams per day). Preferably with an open diary so that I can bug you for recipes.

    Hey, I'm just new to this but I 'think' I'm on a lowish carb diet..I have wheat bix or oats for breakfast usually but I don't eat bread, potatoes, pasta. Eat rice a few times a week maybe and usually at lunch, and the rest complex carbs etc.

    Hey, I'm trying to stick to a low-ish carb diet. My carb goal is <21 grams of carbs though. I've gone over that lately, but am getting back on track. :)

  • Due to my back I am unable to exercise so I am doing a restricted carb diet to lose my weight. I am down 39 pounds in a little over two months just eating protein. Easy diet for me to follow and I get to eat all the meat I want which I love. Question how do you put the banner that shows your progress on your posts?

    I am low carb for a year of 9/29.. I eat less than 20 grams a day and higher protein (103) and fat (98).. I have lost 110 pounds and recently started running and weight lifting! You can add me!
