I am in love with the MetaRX Protein Pancakes, they are amazing and can be mixed up with 1 scoop to make 2 nice sized cakes, that with an egg and fruit makes a solid meal for me.0

'Tis the season--for pumpkin spice oatmeal... I usually use one packet of Quaker plain oatmeal (made with water), a quarter cup of Libby's solid pumpkin, a tablespoon of chopped walnuts, and a generous dose of fresh-ground cinnamon or
Winter Baking spice mix (Whole Foods). Yummy!
I also like to pair my eggs (either hard-boiled or scrambled in the microwave) with a Morningstar Farms 'sausage' patty.0 -
I keep pre-measured baggies of trail mix or other crunchies (nuts, cereal, etc) that I can dump in a cup of Greek yogurt, eat, and go.
Also, protein shakes. Mine tend to be Greek yogurt, protein powder, and fruit, though it's pumpkin season so I've been swapping out the fruit for canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
You can find recipes online for something called egg cups or mini frittatas. They're eggs, meat and veggies of your choice, all baked in a muffin tin. You can make a batch of them one weekend and refrigerate them until needed.
Also, look for to-go cups of peanut butter. They're pre-measured and about 250 calories usually. You can grab an apple or some toast to go with them.0 -

For the past month or so, I've been making breakfast for the week on Sunday to last me the rest of the week. These have been my favorites so far! I've found that they've all kept pretty well through the week also. I love to just be able to grab-and-go on weekdays.

I made mini-omelettes in a muffin tin last night, I put finely chopped veg and meat of my choice into it and baked it for 20 minutes. I now have 6 and they are 97 calories each (using what I used) and apparently they freeze well but I haven't tried that yet. I paired that with 1/2 cup of greek yogurt with frozen berries (that I portioned out the night before) and it was super fast to eat and get out the door to start my day.0

A two-egg omelet is always quick and easy, and lends itself to having random goodies thrown in it (onion, spinach, avocado, cheese, turkey / chicken / ham, bell pepper).
Plus, if you're trying to build muscle, whole eggs increase testosterone!0 -
Just to put it out there - there's nothing that says you have to eat "breakfast" foods for breakfast.
Pizza works really well for my maintenance plan - a good mix of all macros for breakfast, higher carb to fat ratio lunch and the opposite higher fat to carb ratio for dinner. 3:1
This morning it was oil pack tuna (Italian style) mixed with Indian Hot Lime Pickle, on homemade gluten free cheese & onion bread - toasted.0
