    Still A Work in Progress, But Feeling Good :)

    147 lbs. down, and I have a way to go yet.
    I'm feeling stronger, and better than what I ever have.

    I never thought that I was capable of doing this, but I'm glad that I found the MyFitnessPal app, as it has changed my life. :)

    I've spent my entire life feeling hideous, and always feeling ashamed. I'm braking out of that though, a little bit at a time.

      wish I could have ssen your photos...they ahve been removed. But you have had a phenominal loss and you should be very proud of yourself! Is very encouraging. I have a long way to go and I am moving slowly but surely. I hope to be in onderland by Christmas! That is the only present I want this year. Congrats on your loss.
