    I cant begin to thank YOU ALL enough for all the nice things you had to say. I contacted my boyfriend while I was at work today in tears because of the touching things you all had to say. What tugs at my heart strings the most is that some of you had such nice things to say about my before pictures. Posting those, like I said was VERY hard for me. I dont even look at old pictures of myself so for me to post them for everyone to see, judge, and critique was freakin' huge. It also makes me feel so great the I have inspired some one to make a change. Thats all it took for me. Something in my life inspired me to make a change. It was like I had to. I would have never been where I am today if I hadnt taken that initial step. So I encourage you all to find you "WHY"....find out the real reason why you want this change. If that "why" is deep enough and it means enough, I promise you that change will come. You just have to work at it.

    With that being said....I gotta go eat my turkey burger!! *Smooches*

    PS. Feel free to add me and I will continue to post anything and everything that I think can help you and who knows, I may need a friend to motivate me when Im feeling down/fat/ugly etc! :laugh:

    Thank you so much for posting pics. You're smokin! I just had to show my husband the pics and he thought your transformation was incredible. You should be so proud of yourself. It's a really hard journey and I can't believe how heavy I let myself get either. So thank you for posting and letting me know what is possible!
