    Afternoon Pepper's,
    Barb love the new/old name it is so you :laugh: :wink:

    Kelly the eating has been a fight all week and with aunt flow now controling it very well. Need to get control. Getting very tired working 7 days a week about 70 hours not including travel time. :grumble: Another week and my body will adjust.

    Well crazy today so have to get back to work. Have a great day and stay out of the snow :bigsmile:

    Did the free trial kickboxing class.
    It was a challenge... I kept up for the full 60 minutes....
    Here's what I learned
    1. Dangling earrings will whack you... dont' wear.
    2. Rings will slip while wearing the boxing gloves and cause discomfort - don't wear
    3. I do know my left from my right
    4. I could follow along - didn't stop for any breaks to catch my breath
    5. It's an awesome workout - cardio, abs, uppper body, strength
    and most importantly....
    6. If you visualize the bag is your ex -- than you'll punch & kick the bag HARD. REAL HARD. Viciously hard.....

    Just for reason number 6, I'm signing up!

    evenin' gang...long day. Dr appt. well, she wants to increase my Bupropion from 150 to 300 a day. I am a little hesitant to do this, but will start tomorrow. We had a very good discussion. My youngest is ADD, and well, I have had some symptoms, for a very, very long time. I start so many tasks and never finish them. I am all over the house a hundred times a day, bouncing from one thing to the next and never completing anything. It's frustrating and overwhelming. And, she thinks I may be a OCD. now this one scares me...but she asked me some things that were all me. I won't go into all the details, but she did say she would send me to a specialist for testing. She wants to try the medication first as I guess it treats both conditions. I asked her if either one could mask depression and she said yes....this is interesting. do any of you know about this....if so, I'd love to hear any thing. so there, got my head examined today.....mental!
    and got my hair chopped off. Feel better, but I think if I let it get long again I will go for the spiral perm. love that look.

    Barb ~ I have done the Tae Bo workouts with Billy Banks. He's one tough dude. I can get drenched easily. I'm glad you liked your kickboxing class.. you'll get some decent results!! I bet you do have a pretty awesome jab!! When you can put a face to your bag, it makes it easier and worthwhile!! the whole process here is a huge plus for you!! nice "me time" :bigsmile:

    Cindy ~ girl, you're working so many hours. Just do what ya can...one day at a time. $$ will be so very nice tho!

    Mike ~ I've decided I will be here for an eternity. been one heck of a ride on this wagon. Don't have it figured out yet, but loggin my food and just being accountable makes me feel like I am progressing. The support here is like no other and the friendships are even better! Whether I'm the lone member of the green team, I will be here no matter what.....and just so everyone knows, Mike is the originator of the Green Team! so, it's really b/c of you that I am still here!!:wink:

    well, this pepper is tired. I am so looking forward to my outdoor walk tomorrow. It is going to be near 30*...winter heat wave!

    Sat ~ 2 mi brisk outdoor walk 30 min [X] **actually did 4 mi and 60 min**
    Sun ~ c25kw1d1, stretch 57min [X] parents stopped for a visit, so didn't do stretch
    Mon ~ WATP 2 mile, Mia 53 min [X] did stretch today
    Tues ~ 2 mi walk/jog, stretch 57 min [X] the walk/jog was a breeze...the stretch was :noway: my gluts are not happy :angry: squatting is not lovely. :frown:
    Wed ~ c25kw1d2, Mia 53 min [X]
    Thurs ~ 2 mi brisk outdoor walk 30 min [ ]
    Goal 353 minutes
    323 done 30 remaining
    One more day. I just proved to myself that I can do this. Even tho I had a plan, there were a few times things either interrupted or completely did not allow me to exercise. I just told myself I had to do this and took advantage of time when it was there. I would not call this a routine, but it needs to become a habit. I've had to modify some things, have some pretty sore muscles right now, not just my shoulder, but I know it is temporary and soon I will feel the benefits, mentally and physically. This is what the human body wants... and at this moment ( who knows how long this feeling will last ) I want to respect my body and treat it well. I'm worth it and I deserve it.

    Hi all....
    Spendt 2hrs shoveling snow.... it would have been more if my neighbor didn't snow blow in front of the drive. That huge mound of snow that that township's road crew leaves ...... We don't own a snowblower so it's work when you'e using a shovel.

    No work for me today... the base was closed. School called/emailed last night at approx 1020pm to say school closed.

    I'm a little sore from last night's kickboxing class. I think if I wasn't doing the jogging/walking I would be one hurting puppy right now. My hope is I'll do 2 classes a week. It seems there's a handful of kickboxing instructors so I estimate different days will be a different class style based on who the instructor is.

    Well, off to do another load of laundry. Kelly, like you, I move from one thing to another thing to another thing to another thing. I noticed its at work and at home. I used to say I get distracted easily. As I read your post I realized I start off in a new "venture" (like loom knitting) and get bored easily..... then off to the next thing say like scrapbooking.... then off to the next thing.....
    And let's not discuss how I flit from thing to thing as I'm trying to clean the house.....

    hi folks...finally seen the SUN today!! snow is melting and the slop is on! worked on taxes this am...that just gets me wiped out. whew! soon to be done. I don't know if it's my med ( took a double dose, per Dr. ) but I have no appetite today. head felt kinda whoozy the first couple of hours, so hope that's all I feel....of course, besides better! have bus trip later and plan to do my walk then.

    Barb...hope your having a good snow day. I'm still sore from 4 days ago...it is getting better tho.

    very tired right now...:yawn: Looking forward to Friday. had a good chat w/ my oldest son tonite. he told me he is in a "Frat" now, goin to Texas for Spring break, signed a lease for housing/duplex for '11-'12, and thinkin of maybe switchin his major to Geology. :huh: wow, lots happened in 2 weeks for him. one thing I could tell tho, he sounded way happy. so I guess all is good, and, I miss him. He might be home Sat, and I have a bus trip. :brokenheart:
