I'm 5'4 and weight around 145.
I personally think 115 is a bit much for someone your height. When I was 128 I was too skinny. You're life, do what you want.0 -
I'm 5'6" and weigh 141.7 as of this morning. My goal weight is 135, but subject to change. That was my pre-pregnancy weight (like oh, 9 years ago now!), but I'm getting more interested in achieving an ideal body now (particularly now that I've started weight lifting), not just an ideal weight. So, we'll see!0

I tend to agree with this, BTW0 -
I'm 5'4 1/2
SW 275lbs
CW 177lbs
GW 150lbs
I figure out my actual goal weight from 150lbs when i get there. The numbers don't matter so much as how i look and feel. I want to be strong and it dosen't matter to me if that's 130-140-150 ect.0 -
I'm 5'4 my SW was 242 lbs CW 204 lbs unsure of what my UGW is, just kinda going to go until I feel happy. I think that will probably be somewhere around size 4-6 jeans.0

Wow a lot of you are doing so well!
Here's my stuff...
CW: 185
GW: 160
I'm starting with 160 because it seems more doable. Once I get there I may take it down to 150. I know 160 is still technically overweight for my height, but I'm built with big hips... I'll just have to see whats maintainable for me. Losing 25lbs will feel amazing on its own.0 -
I'm 5'6 my SW was 239 and my current weight is 189. My goal weight is 160...maybe 150.0

I am 5'5"
CW 131
GW 125
I have a medium sized frame, so I actually look fine now, just some toning up after having my 5th (and last) child. If you are small framed, 115 would be just fine. I was at 120 throughout high school and until I got pregnant with my first child at the age of 21. Funny that I used to think I was "fat" at 120 pounds!! Society gives us a bad image about what we think our bodies need to look like, or what an ideal weight should be. If you feel fit, healthy, and confident about yourself, does the actual number really matter?0 -

SW 313
CW 263
GW 180 (for now)
My best weight was 150, any smaller and I looked extremely thin on top. I'm a pear shape.0 -

I am not letting the scale rule my life! I am interested in getting back into my favorite jeans and feeling healthy. I think its unhealthy to let a number rule my life! Good luck all!0 -

I'm 5'4.5"
S.W. 180-200 no scale lost some weight before I got one
C.W. 156
G.W 140
I saw 140 but really my goal is to feel healthy and good in my clothes it could be sooner or later than that. I want to be around a size 8 and right now I am a 10-12.0 -
I'm 5'4", my starting weight was 186 (though my highest was 192)
CW-140
GW-130-ish
I just reached size 6 jeans and mostly medium tops, and I'm starting to feel happier about my size and shape. When I reach 130 I'll re-evaluate and see about trying for 125 if i'm still not feeling like I'm quite there yet0 -

CW:134
GW: 118-122
I am going to school to be an exercise rider, so the lighter the better, but more importantly the stronger the better
p.s. i have a small frame so staying at that weight i hope wont be too hard once i get there. I just wanna ride and have a blast and stay safe and keep the horse safe!0 -
Gotta take into consideration bone structure. I'm 5'5" and currently 185 pounds. When I was 145 pounds, I was a size 10. At 125 pounds, I was a size 6-8 which with my structure, bones were starting to stick out. That said, I think some things have changed with age, having kids, etc and I *think* if I can suffocate down to 125, it will wear better on me now than it did 15 years ago.0

Hey I'm 5'6,

GW: 121 lbs (55 kg)
A bit unrealistic, since I've never been this thin, but we'll see.0 -

I was the EXACT same way when I was 120 in high school. I never wore shorts or bathing suits.0 -
